Welcome to the Inn at Cooper’s Pointe, the former home of John and Mildred Cooper, founders of Cherokee Village, Arkansas. The Main House and Guest House, built in 1965, have a rich history as a residence, a place for entertaining, and a destination for relaxation and retreat. The iconic 22-acre property is well known for its beautiful landscape, midcentury modern design and the natural rock featured throughout on the expansive chimneys, outdoor terraces and building interior and exterior.
Today, named to honor the Cooper’s vision and lasting legacy, the Inn at Cooper’s Pointe welcomes guests to enjoy this truly unique and special place in the Ozarks. Book your stay at one of our five Main House hotel-style suites, three two-bedroom condos or our four-bedroom Guest House.

Our Packages

Customizable Packages
The event spaces at the Inn at Cooper’s Pointe may be rented by the hour, or you can make the entire Inn your own with a full property take over for 24 or 48-hours that include:
- The Main House’s 5 large private guest rooms: 1 large master suite with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna, and 4 hotel style King rooms each with on-suite bathroom, wet bar and balcony/patio.
- Main House gathering space, bar/hearth room, sunken living room with large fireplace, and loft/lounge area.
- Access to the Inn’s large catering style kitchen and appliances
- Outdoor terraces including a covered pavilion ideal for outdoor catering/bar service that also includes restrooms.
- Expansive lawn and green spaces ideal for outdoor ceremonies, cocktails, or casual lounging.
The Main House indoor space is perfect for receptions, dinners, or corporate events.
Additional savings are offered if all available on-site lodging is rented for your event.

We believe exceptional food is at the heart of every memorable event, whether you decide to use our onsite caterer, one of our local restaurants, or do it yourself, we can accommodate a range of flexible catering options designed to suit your taste, style, and budget. Outside catering is welcome.
